Ashley Pater is a 15 yr old singer/songwriter from Surrey, BC and has been performing since the age of 9. She refuses to be pigeon-holed into one genre and has been described as a mix of folk, pop, country, and jazz. Last year CBC named Ashley one of ten young musicians in Canada you must hear. She plays a mix of originals and covers at events such as festivals, restaurants, corporate & charity events all over the mainland and Fraser Valley. She has also made multiple appearances performing in Prince George, Calgary, Toronto, and the USA. Ashley has been featured in Starbeat magazine, Business in Vancouver, Cloverdale Reporter, Hope Standard Newspaper, and The Surrey Now Newspaper.

2017 has been the biggest year for Ashley Pater. In the same year, Ashley has won Vancouver’s Xmas Factor, Close Look Got Talent, and placed first in her category in Youth Talent Search BC. She also placed 2nd in Starbeat’s Canada-wide competition earlier on in the year. Every year builds on the last, 2017 was her best year, and 2018 is looking to be even better. Already Ashley has won her first competition of the year, and has released her first EP on March 22, 2018.
